Refund policy

Northsyd.ca Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund.

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original order date.
  2. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  3. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  4. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).
  5. Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the $10 restocking fee. We do not refund shipping cost.
  6. Please pair any items with the correct return paperwork and label. Items sent to us by mistake or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned to you, or refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: If a return is denied based on the above criteria, we will not notify you, and the item(s) will not be returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE: During the Halloween season, we are only able to accept returns that are postmarked prior to 20 Oct 2025. Any orders placed between the dates of 20 Oct 2025 12:00 AM and 19 Nov 2025 are not eligible to be returned.
